What does “number of activities that remain assigned to me” mean on the report?
You may see the following in your daily report: ”Activities that remain assigned to me: 2”
Activities may remain assigned to the bot after processing due to a few reasons:
- The robot was unable to access the client account due to the account being locked.
- The robot was unable to access the client account due to not having rights to the account.
- The robot encountered a bug.
The robot will try again on the activities the following day. If the bot was locked out of the account, most of the time it will be able to process the activity the following day. If it is due to not having rights to the account, a Quandri team member will reach out to discuss providing the robot with correct permissions to access the account. If the robot encountered a bug, an engineer will work on resolving this issue.
The number of activities that remain assigned to the robot are not included in the processing rate until they are processed.
