eDoc Management Configuration

Introduction

This article will cover how to update eDoc Management configuration on the Quandri Platform and will answer the following questions: 

How do I reconfigure a document type that is currently being managed?

In the Quandri Platform, navigate to the Configuration page within the eDoc Management section. Select the relevant document type and click on the pencil icon to edit. 

Edit Document Types to Rename 

Select the renaming toggle to turn document renaming on or off. 

Renaming can also be turned off when the editing panel is opened after selecting the pencil icon.

When the renaming is selected, the variables being used to rename the document will show and when it is deselected, no variables will show.

Edit Document Renaming 

To adjust the variables being used for renaming or the renaming variable order, select any of the relevant variables. Once selected, a dropdown menu of variables will appear. 

Edit Folder/Subfolder Placement 

To place selected document types in folders or subfolders, select the folder checkbox and input the folder name.

Subfolder can only be selected if a folder has been inputted.  

 

Click "Save" after all required configuration updates have bee made.  

How do I update activity management configuration? 

In the Quandri Platform, navigate to the Activities page within the eDoc Management section. 

In this section, you are able to select and update how activity codes should be reassigned or if specified activity codes should be closed once processing is complete.
