Sending Emails

Emails are automatically generated in Connect and personalized for each client based on their renewal information. Therefore, there is no need to manually write emails. Instead you can review them, add some personal touches, and edit them.
Sending an email

Find the policy
As a User, the main page when you enter Quandri will show a list of policies. From the list of policies, select a policy where the Status is ‘Review Email’ and click to open it.

Review the policy analysis
In the left panel, you can review key insights from the renewal and use the search bar to find specific information quickly.

Review and edit the email
On the right side is the AI-generated email. This email is fully editable so you can make changes, add your own personal touch or add attachments.

Send the email
Once you are satisfied with the email, you can hit ‘Send’ and the email will be send to the client, with a copy automatically saved into Applied Epic for compliance (requires SDK access).
Important
Once you skip sending an email you do not have the option to send it later. Once an email is sent it cannot be retracted.
