Yes, the Renewal Reviews capability can trigger an additional activity based on criteria established in your configurations. Common examples include a premium increase over a certain percentage, removed coverages, or limits below a specific threshold.

Up to two additional activities can be created when at least one trigger is met, and the details of the triggers that are met are included in the renewal review.

Activities can be associated to either the policy or the account - this is configurable in Platform as shown below. 

For combined policies (as an example, an Intact Home & Auto policy), if a trigger is hit on both policies, Quandri will always associate the activity with the Home line.
