            • Where do email replies go?

              When a customer replies to an AI-generated email, their response will appear directly in your regular email inbox. From there, you can continue the conversation with your client as you normally would.

            • Are emails saved to Applied Epic?

              Yes, once the email is sent from Quandri, it is automatically attached to Epic. Please note that this functionality requires Epic SDK access.

            • What variables does Connect have?

              To protect your clients’ privacy, Quandri’s AI never uses any personally identifiable information. Instead, it securely pulls the necessary data directly from your AMS using variables. These variables include:

            • Do you send clients the renewal letter?

              Quandri doesn’t send traditional renewal letters to customers. Instead, it analyzes renewal data to create a personalized email that’s clear, concise, and relevant to each client. The email highlights the information and insights that matter most to them, including:

              • Upcoming policy changes
              • Key details and considerations
              • Opportunities for enhanced or additional coverage
            • Can someone else send emails on my behalf?

              Yes, if you need someone to send emails on your behalf, this can be done. The email can either be sent from your email or the user can update the "send from' field to their own email. 

            • Do you sent account level emails?

              Currently, if a client has an official package policy, which depends on the carrier, we’ll send one email for the entire package. If the policies are not packaged by the carrier, one email will be sent per policy. Account-level emails are on our roadmap for future development.
