Quandri has the ability to automate policy checking for the following policy types:
The data is extracted from Epic. Quandri's Intelligence Engine then runs and analyzes the data, summarizing it into a report within the note of the downloading activity.
Yes, Quandri accounts for the data populated in different areas of Epic for all of the companies we support. For example, there are two different pages where Water Backup could come through, Quandri will account for this.
Yes, Quandri will only report on the coverages that are available in the state where the policy is written.
Yes, Quandri will report if the deductible is Full Glass.
If you don’t want certain attributes to be reported on, you can easily make these configurations in the Quandri Platform.
Quandri does not report on any specific changes made during the term. However, when there is a policy change, the data in Epic will be overwritten. This means when Quandri does the review, it is comparing the most up-to-date data with the renewal.
Yes. For example, if the insured has the Safeco Premium trim, they get Identity Fraud and Building Ordinance automatically included.
The activity that Quandri puts into the report is configurable within the platform. Quandri will use the activity Epic assigns it once the renewal comes through the download. It can then either close that activity, or reassign it to someone on your team. When creating an additional activity based on the trigger, Quandri can use whichever Activity Code you prefer.
Quandri can start right after your download comes in. You can configure at which time your bot starts its daily run. Quandri will run Monday to Friday, including all holidays, without taking a sick day.
Yes. Lines that are supported by Quandri will be processed as normal. The reports will be compiled into one activity note, listed one after the other.
If there’s a package, Quandri's policy checking report will display the increase of the entire package, and then break it down by line. For examples;
PKKG
Change in premium: $1000 (55% YoY)
Home -
Change in premium: $400 (32% YoY)
Auto -
Change in premium: $600 (20% YoY)
Currently, this is not supported. Quandri can only process a policy check if it’s the same carrier year after year.
