Skip Sending an Email
Emails are automatically generated in Connect and personalized for each client based on their renewal information. However, if you do not want to send an email to a client, perhaps they walked in or you prefer to give them a phone call, you also have the option to ‘Skip’ the email.
When you skip an email, the policy will no longer appear as having an email that needs review, allowing you to focus on the ones that require your attention. The status will instead be updated to ‘Sent’.

How to skip an email

Find the policy
As a User, the main page when you enter Quandri will show a list of policies. From the list of policies, select a policy where the Status is ‘Review Email’ and click to open it.

Skip the email
On the right side is the AI-generated email. Instead of sending this email, select 'Skip" with the email, you can hit ‘Send’ and the email will be send to the client, with a copy automatically saved into Applied Epic for compliance (requires SDK access).
Important
Once you skip sending an email you do not have the option to send it later. Once an email is sent it cannot be retracted.
