Overview

This article walks you through subscribing to the Quandri application in AMS360 and retrieving the App Access Key. This step is required during your Quandri implementation so your Implementation Manager can connect your AMS360 environment to Quandri.

Pre-Requisites

• Access to your AMS360 production environment
• AMS360 administrator permissions (required to access Application Catalog)
• Your AMS360 agency ID (e.g., 1355334-3) — you'll need this at the end
• Database has been whitelisted by Vertafore (required for access to Quandri in the Application Catalog)

Steps

Part 1: Subscribe to Quandri in AMS360

1. Log into your AMS360 production environment.

2. Click "Administration" in the main menu.

3. In the sidebar, click "Application Catalog" under the "General" section.

4. In the bottom pane, you will see all AMS360 applications available to subscribe to.

5. Click through the pages of results until you find "Quandri".

6. Click "Subscribe" in the Quandri row.

7. In the Subscribe Application popup, click "New".

8. Fill in the following fields:

• Username: Quandri
• Short Name: Quandri
• New Business Unit Group Access: Div: (ALL), Dept: (ALL)
• Security Group Assignment: Select All

9. Click "Add".

10. Click "Subscribe".

11. When prompted to save changes and close the window, click "Yes".

12. Quandri should now appear in the top pane of the Application Catalog window.

Part 2: Retrieve the App Access Key

13. Click "Edit" on the Quandri row in the top pane.

14. In the popup window, click the eyeball icon next to "Access Key".

15. Copy the key that appears.

Part 3: Share the Key Securely with Quandri

16. Visit onetimesecret.com.

17. Paste the copied key along with your Agency Number (e.g., 1355334-3) into the text field and click "Create Link".

18. Email the generated link to your Quandri Implementation Manager.
