            Creating Custom Views and Filters

            Copied!

Quandri’s filters allow you to drill down to policies you want to focus on, and you can save those views for quick access each time you enter the platform.

            Creating a New View

            1. Access the Filters
From the main Policies screen, locate the filter options at the top of the page
            2. Select your Filters

Set your desired filter criteria. Filters can be set based on:

            • Date range
            • Premium increase – both by $ increase and % increase
            • Assignee -– this is who the policy is assigned to
            • Status – these are Quandri Statuses such as ‘Review Email’ or ‘Review Quote’

              Tip

Set up a custom view with yourself set as the Assignee so that whenever you sign into Quandri, you will only see policies assigned to you.

            Example filter:

            • Date range is within the last three months
            • Premium change percentage above 20%
            • Assignee is Katherine Williams

            3. Apply the filter
Click "Apply" to filter the results to save them

            4. Save the filter as a Custom View
To save the filter for next time, on the top right side of the screen, click ‘Create’ and "Save View" window will appear. Name your custom view and hit ‘Save’

            Tip

Make sure to enter a descriptive name, such as “20%+ Premium Increase - June”

Things to know about Custom Views

            • You can create unlimited custom views
            • Views are user-specific (only your Views are visible to you) and are not visible to other team members
            • The system remembers your last used view and will automatically appear when you log back in next time
            • You can update a view by making changes and selecting ‘Update’ to the current View
