Quandri Account Requirements

Overview

Quandri's Renewal Intelligence Platform leverages AI enabled agents to automate repetitive work inside insurance brokerages and provide renewal insights to brokers. Our bots interact with your BMS the same way a human does, by logging in and clicking and typing. As such, you need to create a user account with certain permissions for your capability to work.

Account Provisioning

Provision a new user account in Epic. Make note of the username and password assigned to this account as you will need it later.

    Epic Permissions

    Complete the following steps in Epic to ensure your capability has the correct permissions:

    1. From Epic, enable the following permissions: View and edit Activities; View Contacts; View Policies (including being able to drill-down into policy details); View Attachments; View Claims
    2. In your bot's home screen, within the Open Activities table, the Code column must be enabled and visible:

    3. Finally, please ensure that you can log into the bot’s account and see any activities that are assigned to it.

    Note:  The bot’s user code must be associated with an employee code. Please contact your Applied Rep if you need assistance with this.

    Connect to the Quandri Platform

    Complete the following steps to connect your new login to your Quandri capability.

    1. Login to the Quandri Platform

    2. Click on Settings on the left hand panel

    3. Click on BMS Integration

    4. Fill in Quandri's newly provisioned account login details
