How do I configure my Platform Settings?

In your Platform Settings, there are five different areas to configure.

Account Details

On the Account Details page, you have the ability to change your first and last name, email address, phone number, company name, or role in your organization.

Change Password

You can change your platform password at any time on the below page.

BMS Integration

To successfully access your Broker Management System, your bot will need the following information:

  • Login username
  • Password
    • Note: Epic occasionally requires its users to reset their password. If you update your bot’s Epic password, don’t forget to update your password here as well.
  • Enterprise ID
  • Cloud Login Link
  • Demo Database name (if relevant)
  • Production Database name
  • OTP Secret (for MFA)

What happens if my bot gets locked out of Epic?

If a bot’s account gets locked out, you will need to first reset the bot’s account in your BMS system and change the password within Epic. Once the password has been successfully changed, please update the credentials within Quandri.

You can update your password in the BMS Integration section of your Quandri settings:

To verify the change, manually run your bot by selecting the relevant robot on the side navigation. Then, click on the Run Bot button under Controls. Your bot will run once immediately, and return to its regular schedule tomorrow.

Bot Customization

The Bot Customization section is where you can name your robot. You can pick whatever name you’d like, such as:

  • Doctimus Prime
  • WALL-E
  • Attachinator
  • NameNinja

Date Format

In the Date Format Section, you can configure how the bot will display dates on your reports. There are many variations of dates and you can select the one that makes the most sense for your brokerage. Variations could include:

  • 2020-11-02
  • 11-02-2020
  • 02-11-2020
  • Nov 02 2020
  • November 02/2020
  • November 02/2020
