January 2025 Product Updates ❄️

Happy New Year and welcome to 2025! We hope you had a wonderful holiday season, filled with relaxation and quality time with family and friends. Our team also made time to recharge before jumping into the new year. Amidst all the festivities, we also managed to roll out some final product updates before the year wrapped up.

New Feature 🚀

Original Deductible (1)
Don’t let original deductibles disappear with disappearing deductibles

Quandri now supports reporting on the original deductible for carriers like Wawanesa Hab that offer disappearing deductibles. Reporting on the original deductible, before any year-over-year reductions, will ensure you always have clear and accurate information about deductible adjustments over time.

This new feature enables you to:

  • Understand how much the deductible should decrease each year by referencing the original starting point.
  • Catch any updates to the original deductible if a carrier modifies it at renewal.
  • Avoid losing track of the original deductible.

RENEWAL REVIEWS

  • Take Renewal Intelligence one step further
We've added advanced logic to enhance reporting accuracy. Attributes for Rented Condos and Rented Dwellings—such as GRC, Service Line, Single Limit, credit score, Overland Water, Claims Protector, and Mortgage-Free Discounts—will no longer be reported when they are not available.

  • Quickly identify and prioritize renewal activities
We've added more detailed activity descriptions to display policy types, such as HAB or AUTO. This enhancement lets you identify and prioritize renewal tasks at a glance—no need to click through to read the activity note.

  • Enhanced logic for Travelers Policies
Form 27 now includes updated logic to differentiate read-in coverage between standard Travelers and Travelers Essentials policies. This improvement ensures more accurate handling with separate rules tailored to each policy type.

  • No more confusion on form names
Attribute names on auto endorsements have been standardized to be more consistent (and less confusing). For example, OPCF 20 will now simply appear as Form 20 and SEF 27 will appear as From 27.

EDOC MANAGEMENT

  • Improved identification and categorization of SGI Payment Reminder documents
An update was implemented for SGI billing documents to enable the eDoc Management capability to identify and categorize Payment Reminder documents more accurately
