Light themes are best if you:
- Work in a well-lit environment: Light themes help keep the screen brightness aligned with bright rooms to reduce eye strain.
- Find light themes easier to read: Light themes tend to be easier to read thanks to a higher contrast of colours.
- Prefer consistency across platforms: Most of the websites, software systems, and documents that you view on a day-to-day basis are light themed by default. Sticking with a light theme across platforms creates a more cohesive and comfortable viewing experience.
RENEWAL REVIEWS
Refined Renewal Intelligence for Tenant Policies
Providing you with the most relevant data sometimes means removing irrelevant information. Your bot will no longer flag SGI, SMI, or Wawanesa policies for single limit and credit scoring on their Tenant Policy reports, allowing you to focus on the insights that matter most.
Enhancements 🌟
RENEWAL REVIEWS
- 65-year-olds now flagged for retiree discount eligibility
When checking for a retiree discount, your bot is now checking if the insured age is equal to or greater than 65, rather than just greater than 65. This ensures that anyone who is 65 years of age is flagged for a retiree discount eligibility.
EDOC MANAGEMENT
- The declaration page is prioritized in SGI Classification
An update was implemented to improve the classification of SGI documents by prioritizing the declaration page. When a declaration page is detected among multiple document types, it will be classified first, and the file will be renamed according to the appropriate configuration for declaration pages. - Improved bots ability to proactively identify any Epic login issues
Significantly improved the bot’s ability to proactively detect and manage Epic login issues, making your bot’s login process more reliable. The bot can now handle common challenges such as incorrect credentials, missing one-time passwords, and locked accounts. Additionally, it now verifies successful navigation to the Epic home screen, further enhancing stability and ensuring smooth operation.
Fixes 🔧
PLATFORM
- Fixed an issue where the "Change in Premium" setting under Additional Activity Trigger would not display after navigating away and returning to the screen.
RENEWAL REVIEWS
- Updated logic around collision coverage on auto policies to report on vehicles of all ages, rather than just vehicles less than seven years old
- Due to a higher-than-expected rate of exceptions, we made fixes to ensure that more renewal activities are reviewed, leading to increased processing rates.
- Resolved issues in premium calculations that impacted specific scenarios involving endorsements and renewal reissues.
- In the rare absence of the renewing policy line, the bot reviewed the expiring policy line with a previously expired policy line. This has now been corrected by checking the effective date of the policy lines present and ensuring it is within +/- 4 months of today’s date.
