Quandri Points of Contact

 

As you work with Quandri, you will engage with different people on various teams. Below is a list of Quandri’s internal departments and the corresponding teams you may interact with.

Sales 

In the Sales process, a Business Development Representative will own the initial reach out from Quandri to qualify if Quandri is the right fit for you.


Once it is decided that Quandri is a good fit, the Account Executive will showcase the uses of Quandri for your business and assess if the fit of Quandri products are best for your business.

Implementation

After you have purchased Quandri, you will connect with an Implementation Manager who will guide you on the onboarding of the product. A main focus of Quandri onboarding is to calibrate your bot to your team’s workflow and ensure the bot is working optimally before becoming a trusted tool for your team

Customer Success

Once you are out of implementation, your Customer Success Manager will be your go-to connection to Quandri and act as your partner to ensure that Quandri is working optimally for your team. They will also work to help find ways that Quandri can further support your business.

Support

When experiencing any technical issues, the Support Team is your go-between the technical team. It is encouraged to send any bugs or bot functionality issues directly to support@quandri.io and include your CSM in that chain. Quandri Support is available for any questions regarding the product.

Leadership

Folks in Quandri’s Leadership Team within respective departments or technical leads may be involved in your work with our products to assist in pushing initiatives forward or assisting with complex opportunities. They are respective subject matter experts assisting with training, issue resolution, or bot performance.
