The Configuration section of Platform allows you to select the attributes you want reported on within the note of your renewal eDoc activity.
How do I see what my bot is configured to review and report on?
Within the Configuration section of Renewal Reviews, you can move between the Habitational, Auto, General Attributes, and Additional Activity tabs to see what has been configured and what has not.
There is also a handy report preview that provides a sample of what your report could look like with the attributes that have been configured. This allows you to iterate and make adjustments until you achieve your desired output. How do I change what the bot is configured to report on?
To remove an attribute, simply check or uncheck the box next to each attribute. Don't forget to click Save!
