1. Configure your Quandri Platform set up
The first step with any new tool is to make sure it is configured in alignment with your process. Here’s how:
- Set up at least 2 users in your Quandri Platform instance. Adding multiple users and role types, such as members of your operations team or front line champions, will drive deeper understanding of bot functionality and workflow across your team.
- Provide your leaders with view-only access for self-serve data access and insight into bot configuration.
- Update Quandri Platform whenever you add or change an activity code or policy type.
- Keep yourself up to date on Quandri features and attributes via Quandri communications. Don’t forget to discuss these changes with your Customer Success Manager!
- Make adjustments to the bot configuration based on Quandri releases to ensure the review provided to your team is as informative as possible.
2. Change your workflow
A core component to successful Renewal Reviews is to make some mandatory changes to the Renewal process. Support your team with this transition by:
- Communicating and training your team on how Renewal Reviews will augment their current workflow and bring time back into their day.
- Changing the Epic activity to include reviewing the Renewal Reviews note as the first step in your updated workflow.
Determine if there are any renewals that the bot will not handle. If there are any renewals that will not be supported by the bot, make sure to have a different process outlined and communicated to your team.
3. Set up a recurring communication cadence with Quandri
Quandri relies on having awareness of your product needs for a successful and long-term partnership. You can support this need by providing your front line staff with a communication strategy to report opportunities for improvement or ask questions.
Some areas where your team can share feedback are:
- Bot reviews
- Review exceptions on the daily report
- New Carriers
- Added Coverage
- Endorsements
4. Optimize your Epic activities
The success of the Renewal Reviewer bot relies on proper Epic configurations. When making changes to your Epic set up, remember to:
- Use working groups for Activity management as much as you can. If this is not possible, ensure a best practice is in place for employee changes.
- Do you have items being sent to a Secondary user code? Review why, and make corrections to ensure future items can be passed along to the appropriate Advisor.
- Set up Additional Activity Triggers for areas you want to call out or have special handling for.
- Measure the time Advisors spend save on the improved process to showcase the bot value and ROI.
5. Empower your brokers for sales success
Now that your bot is set up with the right configurations in place, it’s time to for your brokers to start capitalizing on their time saved by upselling your renewals. Here’s how:
- Have brokers call the customers with upsells based on what the bot has provided in the review.
- Remind brokers to Add notes to the renewal activity to track all changes.
