On the platform dashboard, you can manage and view your capability's performance.
- The dashboard highlights your capability's performance over the previous run, week, month and all time. Each section will provide you with the following insights:

Processing Rate |
This is the percentage of items the bot successfully processed during the specified time period. |

Time Saved |
To calculate time saved, the bot multiplies the number of activities processed by how long it takes your brokerage to process one activity. The default amount of time is 15 minutes for a renewal review and 1 minute for an eDoc. Select the pencil icon to configure the average number of minutes it takes to manage one activity. |

Dollars Saved |
To calculate $ saved, the bot multiplies the time saved by the average hourly rate at your brokerage. The default hourly rate is $30/hour. Select the pencil icon to configure the average hourly rate at your brokerage. |

# of exceptions |
This is the number of work items your bot could not process, for example if it’s a document it couldn’t read and it needs to go to your team for manual processing. Exception rates are typically 5 - 10%. |
|
# of Activities Processed |
This is the number of activities the bot has processed over the specified time range. |
All of this data can also be exported into an excel file by clicking the Export button on the top right of the Dashboard.
