            • Can someone else send emails on my behalf?

Yes, if you need someone to send emails on your behalf, this can be done. The email can either be sent from your email or the user can update the "send from' field to their own email.

            • Do you send clients the renewal letter?

Quandri doesn’t send traditional renewal letters to customers. Instead, it analyzes renewal data to create a personalized email that’s clear, concise, and relevant to each client. The email highlights the information and insights that matter most to them, including:

              • Upcoming policy changes
              • Key details and considerations
              • Opportunities for enhanced or additional coverage
            • What variables does Connect have?

To protect your clients’ privacy, Quandri’s AI never uses any personally identifiable information. Instead, it securely pulls the necessary data directly from your BMS using variables. These variables include:

              • {{ policy_number }} -- Example: 938280086
              • {{ carrier }} -- Example: Progressive
              • {{ effective_date }} -- Example: 2025-05-30
              • {{ expiry_date }} -- Example: 2026-05-30
              • {{ premium }} -- Example: 764.00
              • {{ client_name }} -- Example: Alan Liu
              • {{ client_email_address }} -- Example: [parnold@example.org](mailto:parnold@example.org)
            • Are emails saved to Applied Epic?

Yes, once the email is sent from Quandri, it is automatically attached to Epic. Please note that this functionality requires Epic SDK access.

            • Where do email replies go?

When a customer replies to an AI-generated email, their response will appear directly in your regular email inbox. From there, you can continue the conversation with your client as you normally would.

            • Do you sent account level emails?

Currently, if a client has an official package policy, which depends on the carrier, we’ll send one email for the entire package. If the policies are not packaged by the carrier, one email will be sent per policy. Account-level emails are on our roadmap for future development.

            • Why do I need to choose a domain before sending?

Your team has more than one verified sending domain, and the reply-to address on this email doesn't match any of them — so Connect can't tell which one you meant. Pick the domain the email should come from and the warning clears. If you don't, the email won't send.

If this happens often for the same person, their reply-to address may be on a domain your team hasn't connected yet. See Sending domains.

            • Why is my Connect email coming from no-reply?

This happens when Connect can't find an email address for the agent assigned to the renewal. Some management systems don't store agent email addresses at all — they identify staff by a short code instead — so there is nothing for Connect to send from, and it falls back to a no-reply address with the Reply-To left blank for you to fill in.

To fix it, give that teammate a Send As identity — a shared sender identity with a real display name and reply address. Their emails will then send under that identity instead.
