April 2025 Updates 🪺
Spring has sprung, and so has a wave of new enhancements across Quandri’s capabilities! Thanks to the recent launch of Connect, our AI-powered renewal communication tool, our platform continues to grow—bringing even more innovation to your renewal processes. Beyond introducing entirely new functionality, we’ve been hard at work refining and improving the products you already rely on to drive efficiency and success.
This month, we are particularly excited to showcase significant updates to your Renewal Reviews summary for improved clarity. One of the key updates is the presentation of data in a list format, making it easier for you to quickly find the policy information you need. Continue reading to learn about the additional changes we've made to enhance your Renewal Review summary, along with other improvements aimed at streamlining your operations and providing an even better experience for your clients.
New Features 🚀
REQUOTING
Multi-Location Requoting
Quandri can now generate quotes for the primary residence on multi-location policies—marking the first phase of our multi-location quoting support. Since the primary residence often signals the most competitive markets, this enhancement gives brokers clearer direction on where to focus their remarketing efforts.
Benefits of this feature include:
- Better market targeting — Identifies competitive markets early by quoting the primary residence
- Operational efficiency — Saves time by avoiding the need to quote every property upfront
- Improved client retention — Proactively offers better coverage options, strengthening client relationship
Enhancements 🌟
RENEWAL REVIEWS
Pulling data from Epic in addition to PDFs
Quandri’s Renewal Review capability now prioritizes Epic screens as the primary source for policy data, using PDFs as a backup. This enhancement improves accuracy and enables us to add new attributes and carriers more quickly—delivering even greater value to your brokerage.
Easily scan each renewal summary
Looking for something specific on a renewal report? Now, renewal reports will be formatted as lists instead of lengthy paragraphs, making it easier to find the information you need at a glance.

Improved email reports to be more concise
To keep emails relevant and concise, report summaries will now be included as attachments rather than in the body of the email. These attachments provide a clear overview of the previous run, detailing each activity’s outcome—without the need to check Epic. Plus, providing feedback is easier than ever—simply mark up the document and send it back to us.
Additionally, we've made minor adjustments to reporting on specific attributes to improve clarity while maintaining the same valuable insight, these updates are the following;
Attribute Removals:
- Last roof/heat/plumbing/electrical update – Redundant, as Age of Roof/Heating already exists.
- Credit Scoring – This data has proven to be inconsistent so we are currently re-evaluating how to extract and report on this data with increased accuracy.
- Travelers Buried Utility Line – Now combined with Service Line, as they cover the same thing.
- Location Deductible when there’s a Disappearing Deductible – When there is a Disappearing Deductible, the Location Deductible is inconsistent in Epic. From now on, we will continue reporting on the Original Deductible, and indicate if there is a Disappearing Deductible present.
- Form 16 – This feature has been temporarily removed to allow us to improve its functionality. It will be re-added once completed.
- Hail Coverage – After reviewing usage data and customer feedback, we found that this attribute is rarely used and will, therefore, be retired. This will allow us to focus on the attributes that add more value to our customers.
More Precise Reporting on Roof, Heat, Plumbing, and Electrical Age
We've refined how the age of roof, heat, plumbing, and electrical systems is reported to remove redundancy and improve clarity. The exact age will now be included in the report, and instead of separately indicating if any are over 20 years old, an additional activity can be configured as needed.
Coverage Name Changes
- Changed GRC to "Guaranteed Replacement Cost."
- Removed "coverage" from all attribute names.
- Attributes updated to Form # only – Removed descriptions (e.g., Form 13D no longer includes "glass coverage").
Miscellaneous Changes
- Dollar values will no longer be rounded.
- Monoline, open claims, and new claims moved to the General section of the report.
Combined policies included in the activity note
When there are combined policies on the account (for example, a home line and an auto line with the same effective/expiry dates and carrier), Quandri will include them both in the activity note. Premiums and premium changes will be combined in the report, providing a better understanding of the overall increase or decrease.
Additional flexibility in generating activities
Users will now be able to create two separate additional activities, using different triggers, and have them assigned to different people using different activity codes in Platform. A use case for this may be to trigger an activity based on a premium increase threshold to assign to the Requoting bot, and create another activity for missing coverages to assign elsewhere.
CONNECT
Maintain consistency and professionalism with new admin configurations
We've introduced administrator-only configurations that allow brokerages to customize the opening, closing, and signature sections of client emails. These settings are enforced across the organization, helping ensure all communications consistently reflect your brokerage’s professionalism and brand tone.
While these sections are standardized, personalization is still supported through the use of tokens that automatically populate client-specific information, such as their name, carrier, and policy number. This ensures every email feels tailored while maintaining a polished, unified brand voice
