Each User needs to add their own email signature within the Settings. Keeping your email signature up to date ensures your communications look professional and include the latest contact information. Follow these steps to update your signature in Quandri:

1. Open Settings
   From the left-hand navigation menu, click Settings.
    
2. Go to Signature
   In the top menu bar, select the Signature tab.
    
3. Add Your Signature Details
   Enter or edit your email signature content. You can add things such as your company logo, name, phone number, office address and even calendar booking links.

   When adding your company logo to your email signature, make sure to upload the image. Copy and paste will not work.

    
   
    
4. Save Your Signature
   Once you’re satisfied with your changes, click Save to apply your new signature.

Your updated email signature will now appear automatically in all outgoing emails sent through Quandri.
