When the Daily Download capability reaches its final step of delivering the items, all items with a Lookup Code will be pushed into Epic and disappear from the suspense table.
The capability does this via the following workflow:
- Selecting Actions at the top of the table
- Updating Items in Suspense
- Updating Policies and eDocs

The Communication Log screen will open and the Daily Download capability will click "Finish".
