Who Should Complete This: Epic Administrator + IT Team (for MFA/email setup)

1. Provision New Epic License
What You Need to Do:
- Acquire one or more Epic licenses from Applied (required number will be stated in your MSA)
- Create a new Epic user/employee account dedicated to Quandri
- Assign an Epic license to this user
- Set up MFA/SSO
-
If NO MFA/SSO: You can use our generic email:
reporting@quandri.io -
If YES MFA/SSO: Create a new email account (Note: The email address is tied to your Epic login credentials. If you use MFA or SSO, you'll need a self-hosted email account that's compatible with your authentication provider.)
QuandriAnalyze1@YourAgency.com-
QuandriAnalyze2@YourAgency.com(for additional users)
-
If NO MFA/SSO: You can use our generic email:
- Use a distinct User Code and Name (we recommend: QUAND01 / Quandri Analyze)
- Note: If you're setting up multiple Quandri users, use sequential codes (QUAND02, QUAND03, etc.)
- User Code: QUA001
- Employee Code: QUAND01
- Name: Quandri Analyze
- Assign an Employee Code to the new user
- Set User type to "User"
- Ensure correct Database access is granted
- Remove the "Force password change" checkbox
- Grant all required user permissions listed below
- * = Temporary View-Only permissions for Quandri to complete setup
- Note: You can also add us to your Producer security group, then double check the list below to make sure all required permissions are granted.

Why This Matters:
Quandri needs a dedicated Epic license to access your policy data, process renewals, and create activities. This user will operate in the background to automate policy checking and client communications.
2. Epic SDK Integration
What You Need to Do:
- Confirm you have the Epic SDK installed and accessible
- Gather the following SDK information:
- Epic SDK Proxy URL
- SDK Authentication Key
- Database Name
Why This Matters:
The SDK allows Quandri to integrate deeply with Epic, enabling automated policy processing and activity creation. It also allows Quandri to write data back into Epic, such as Connect email attachments.
