On the platform dashboard, you can manage and view your capability's performance
| Processing Rate | This is the percentage of items Quandri has successfully processed during the specified time period. |
| Time Saved | To calculate time saved, Quandri multiplies the number of activities processed by how long it takes your brokerage to process one activity. The default amount of time is 15 minutes for a renewal review and 1 minute for an eDoc. Select the pencil icon to configure the average number of minutes it takes to manage one activity. |
| Dollars Saved | To calculate dollars saved, Quandri multiplies the time saved by the average hourly rate at your brokerage. The default hourly rate is $30/hour. Select the pencil icon to configure the average hourly rate at your brokerage. |
| # of exceptions | This is the number of work items Quandri could not process, for example if it’s a document it couldn’t read and it needs to go to your team for manual processing. Exception rates are typically 5 - 10%. |
| # of Activities Processed | This is the number of activities Quandri has processed over the specified time range. |
All of this data can also be exported into an excel file by clicking the Export button on the top right of the Dashboard.
