Quandri Knowledge Hub
June 2025 Updates
June brought a fresh wave of improvements across the platform, focused on giving brokers clearer insights, more control, and a smoother workflow. From smart personalization to new report attributes, these changes are all about helping you move faster and make smarter decisions. Here’s a look at what’s new and noteworthy this month.
Enhancements 🌟
Nova now supported for automated renewal reviews and requoting
We’ve expanded our carrier network — Nova has been added as a supported carrier for Quandri’s automated policy review and requoting.
Want to process Nova policies?
Send your NOVA ICO codes to your dedicated Customer Service Manager so we can ensure that Quandri successfully processes Nova policies.
New Report Attributes Now Available
Previously for renewal reviews, when an account had both habitational and auto policies with matching effective/expiry dates and carriers, Quandri would combine the premiums. While this helped simplify reporting, it made it harder to identify which line was driving changes in premium.
Now, we show both the combined premium and a line-by-line breakdown. This allows brokers to clearly understand which policy type saw an increase, without losing the benefit of a single consolidated report. We've added the following line-specific attributes:
- Hab line premium
- Hab line change in premium
- Auto line premium
- Auto line change in premium

More premium change insights
We’ve split the previous “Premium Change” column into two separate fields:
- % Change
- $ Amount
This gives you more visibility into exactly what’s changing and makes premium shifts easier to interpret at a glance.
Filter by assignee
Team members can now create and save personalized dashboards (think: “Brian’s View”) to streamline their workflow. Other team members can also filter reviews based on the assigned broker or servicing role.
Control your personalization
We’ve introduced new variables that make it easier to deliver consistent, personalized client communication. You can use these variables to tailor your email openings and closings while staying on-brand. The new variables are the following:
-
{{ policy_type }}
- Displays the policy type -
{{ client_name_first_name }}
- Personal touch with first names only -
{{ effective_date_MMDDYYYY }}
- Date formatting (April 1, 2025) -
{{ policy_assignee }}
&{{ policy_assignee_first_name }}
- Include servicing contact info that is configured

RENEWAL REVIEWS
- We've introduced new logic to support vehicle endorsement packages that bundle specific coverages under predefined codes (e.g., PAK01 to PAK17). Each package includes a tailored combination of coverages such as 20 (or 20A), 27, 35, 43 (or its variants), depending on the package. This enhancement allows for more efficient application of coverage rules and ensures consistency in how bundled endorsements are interpreted and applied across our system.
- Previously, Heartland documents were failing due to a new PDF format type. This has now been resolved.
