            After the Renewal Reviews capability completes its daily run, you will receive an email report on the performance. This report contains the processing rate, which is the percentage of policies Quandri was able to review without exceptions.

            It is normal to see a 5-10% exception rate on each Daily Report. Below is a list of exceptions that Quandri may include on the Daily Report attachment, with their corresponding definition and next steps:

            Failed to… Quandri was unable to extract the required data needed, or select the appropriate field in Epic.  These can occur due to a range of technical issues This will require further investigation from the Quandri team to retrain the bot on how to access the data. No action needed as the Quandri team is notified automatically.  No
            Couldn't find two valid policies with policy number… Quandri was unable to find an active policy line in the Policies table for the policy being reviewed.  This can happen when this year's policy line has not downloaded into Epic yet. Review the Policies table under the relevant client or policy number to see whether or not both policy lines are downloaded into Epic (current and past term). It's possible that the policy downloaded after Quandri ran, in which case you can re-assign this policy to Quandri and run it again.  If the policy line has downloaded, yes.
            Carrier not found Quandri has not yet been trained to process policies for this carrier, or Quandri doesn't support your ICO codes.  This usually occurs when a policy from a carrier we don't currently support is assigned to Quandri. In rare cases, this can occur even when a carrier is supported, if we don't have your ICO codes configured. Review the carrier with your Quandri representative. If this is a carrier we support, send your ICO codes for that carrier to your representative, and we will configure them accordingly. No
            The policy doesn't have any supported lines Renewal Reviews was not configured to process the specified policy type code. Quandri may not be configured to process certain policy types. This can be resolved by updating the Policy Type Codes in your Quandri dashboard, if the policy type falls under the lines we support.  Review with your representative if Quandri supports the line of business and if so, configure that code in your Quandri dashboard. Once configured, yes.
            The provided … codes do not exist in the account
            The user code configured to receive activities is not found The user configured to receive activities may no longer be at your brokerage, or the user code input into Platform is incorrect. The correct format for user codes look like: LEACH01 Review the user code in Platform and confirm the same code exists in Epic. If not, change the code in Platform. Once resolved, yes.
            Unsupported activity code The activity codes configured in Platform do not match what Quandri reviewed in Epic  The product may have received activities outside of the activity codes configured. Review the activity code of the activity sent to Quandri and if you would like the product to review, ensure the activity code is enabled in Platform. Once resolved, yes.
            Unable to create additional activity Renewal Reviews was unable to complete creating the additional activity. This error can occur if Epic is slow to load the additional activity window. It can happen when Quandri creates the additional activity but cannot validate that it did. If the additional activity screen is unresponsive, it may be unable to create it. This can happen if the additional activity code or the additional activity assignee does not exist. Please notify Quandri if this exception is occurring regularly.  No

             

            How does Renewal Reviews calculate its processing rate?

            The processing rate is calculated based on the percentage of successful reviews relative to the number of activities with sufficient data to complete a renewal review. 

            If Quadnri does not have sufficient data to complete a review, this is treated as an exception and excluded from the processing rate (ex. policy documents are not attached to policy with the management system). These are errors that you can address the issue that occurred and reassign the activity to Quandri to review again. 

            If Quandri has all sufficient data to complete a review and it encounters an issue, this will be included as error within processing (ex. pdf extraction error). These are errors that we actively monitor and work on to reduce their occurrence.
