Quandri Knowledge Hub
August 2025 Updates
This month’s updates bring powerful new ways to track policy progress, improve your client communication workflow, and ensure your requotes always reflect the best coverage available. We’ve also included a sneak peek at what’s coming next so you can see where we’re headed.
Let’s dive in!
Enhancements 🌟
RENEWAL REVIEWS
Enhanced combined policy detection
We’ve refined Quandri’s intelligence to ensure that activity notes are only combined when certain criteria match. Combined policies will be added to a single note when the following match:
- Effective date
- Expiry date
- Carrier
- Policy number. ex:
- 421781795H (Home policy)
- 421781795A (Auto policy)
This means you’ll see combined policies, like Intact Home & Auto or Northbridge combined policies, added to a single note.
Note: This update is only available in the new version of Quandri, and will only be accessible to customers who have been migrated.
CONNECT

Track and filter policies by status
The new ‘Status’ column replaces the old ‘Review’ column, giving you clearer visibility into each policy’s progress. Statuses include:
- Action required – review email
- Completed – sent
- Completed – skipped
You can also filter policies by status and save those filters into your custom views, making it faster to focus on the most relevant items without reapplying filters each time.

Choose to skip sending emails when needed
You can now skip sending an email for a specific policy, giving you the flexibility to contact clients through other channels—without disrupting the Connect process.

Add your SDK integrations with ease
You can now set up your SDK integration directly within the Quandri app. Select the new ‘Integrations’ page to add a new integration and input your SDK credentials – and voila! Your emails will now automatically get attached into Epic.
REQUOTING
Accurately quote maximum water coverage
Quandri can now detect when a policy already has the maximum water coverage for a specific carrier, and will requote accordingly. This means clients get quotes from other carriers that match the highest available coverage — so pricing is always based on comparable limits, not defaulted to lower ones.
Prevent quote rejections due to client profile mismatches
We’ve made updates to ensure that the insured and co-insured names in the historical client profile in ARS automatically match the current policy. This prevents carriers from rejecting quotes due to name discrepancies.
Fixes 🔧
RENEWAL REVIEWS
- Resolved an issue where all claims protectors were flagged as Worry Free Bundle (Aviva-specific) and Disappearing Deductible was missing when Worry Free Bundle was included.
- Fixed discounts being listed as added or removed coverages.
- Addressed Peace Hills PDF processing errors due to recent format changes.
- Improved the logic for accurately identifying water coverages, with further updates in progress.
- Fixed minor conviction protection being noted as missing when present.
- Form 27 was incorrectly flagged as missing on motorcycles, which do not qualify, and as present on policies with other Section C coverages, this has been fixed.
- We’ve begun work to address cases where the same coverage was flagged as both added and removed year over year.
Coming Soon 🥳
The ability to associate additional activities with the policy
Additional activity reassignment will soon have the option to specify whether these activities are created at the policy level or account level.
Updates to Wawanesa policies
Wawanesa has recently updated the format of their policy PDFs, which is currently affecting Quandri’s ability to read them. Our team is on it, and we expect a fix to be in place within the week.
