Quandri Knowledge Hub
April 2026 Updates
Multi-policy handling got a significant expansion this month, the dashboard got an upgrade, and MAX Insurance is now live in the Renewal Intelligence Platform.
Policy-level processing detail now in the dashboard
Quandri has updated the admin dashboard to provide visibility into your brokerage’s renewal performance, with a detailed view of every policy, including status, key details, and reports. This transparency makes it easy to verify results and reconcile quickly.

Policy type added to polices page
To see a policy's type, you used to have to click into it. Now the policies view includes a Policy Type column that shows whether a policy is Home, Auto, or Umbrella at a glance.

Multi-policy emails date range expanded to include policies within the past 60 days
Last month, Quandri started grouping policies with the same effective date into a single client email automatically. No manual merging needed.
That grouping now extends to any policy with an effective date within the past 60 days. Clients with staggered renewal dates get the same consolidated treatment as clients renewing on the same day.
Note
The 60-day window only looks back, not forward.
Email attachments move to the top header
You can now drag and drop email attachments under the ‘Subject’ instead of scrolling down to the bottom of the email.

MAX Insurance added to Renewal Reviews
MAX Insurance is live in Quandri. Policies can now be intelligently reviewed, and personalized renewal emails generated for Homeowners, Condo, Tenant, and Landlord policies across ON, AB, SK, MB, and BC.
