December 2025 Updates
2025 is almost a wrap – but not without some additional improvements and updates being made to Quandri. This month’s update delivers greater control and accuracy to Policy Requoting, including a new option to prioritize your own historical data, along with critical fixes to ensure multi-line discounts are always applied correctly. We’ve also made platform-wide enhancements to the dashboard and clarified configuration options in Renewal Reviews to make day-to-day workflows easier and more transparent.

POLICY REQUOTING
Configure protection grade data sources for more accurate quotes
Policy Requoting can now be configured to prioritize historical protection grade data over Epic data when it’s available. By using historical data first and only falling back to Epic data when needed, quotes reflect more accurate protection grade assessments and premium calculations. This configuration is offered as optional, recognizing that data quality and preferences can vary by carrier and by client.
How to get started
Reach out to your Customer Support Manager to have this configuration applied. The expected turnaround time is 1–3 business days.

More processing data added to the dashboard
The platform dashboard has been updated to give you new visibility into policy errors — these are policies that should have been processed by Quandri, but ran into an issue. You can now see this data right in your dashboard. This change lays the foundation for an upcoming feature that’ll make it even easier to spot and troubleshoot policies at a glance.

Configuration header renamed to reduce confusion
In the General Attributes configurations, the header was changed from "Missing Contact Details" to "Attributes" for better clarity:

RENEWAL REVIEWS
- Stopped reporting Disappearing Deductible on Travelers property policies, preventing false positive alerts for coverage that isn’t offered by this carrier.
- Stopped reporting Disappearing Deductible (Form 3) on Intact Auto and Home policies, a coverage Intact doesn’t offer.
POLICY REQUOTING
- Fixed an issue where qualifying policies were sometimes missing a multi-line discount and non-qualifying policies were incorrectly receiving one.
- Fixed an issue where certain fields were not consistently populated in Applied Rating Services (ARS) during auto Policy Requoting. The areas affected were insurance history data and the vehicle purchase condition and/or date.
- Fixed an issue where incorrect insurance history dates were used for Property and Auto policies, resulting in more accurate underwriting and premium calculations.
