Quandri automates the comparison of last term’s policy to this term, saving your brokers from the monotony of manual reviews. Quandri flags and summarizes the following information directly in your Applied Epic BMS:

- Gaps in coverage and E&O risks
- Insufficient limits and deductibles
- Structural updates
- Missing coverages and discounts
- New or open claims
- Account level audits (missing contact information, monoline, open activities, etc.)
Policy Requoting
Policy Requoting is the next step in the renewal process that Quandri's Renewal Intelligence Platform helps automate. Quandri finds the top three most competitive quotes for your client and displays them in Applied Epic with the following quote sheets directly attached to the activity:
- 1 carrier summary
- 1 underwriting details
- 1 carrier comparison sheet
- 3 carrier details
- 1 ITV/ezITV report (optional)
Quandri then reassigns the requoted renewal activity to the correct broker so that they can leverage the information to help advise the client.

- Extracts key policy data, such as the effective date, policy number, document type, and policy type, by referencing both Applied Epic and any relevant downloaded PDF documents
- Renames documents with the extracted data, according to your unique requirements, and organizes the documents into specified folders
- Automates any final required actions, such as re-assigning the activity to a staff member, or closing it
