Requoting Capability Workflow
Once you implement Quandri's Requoting capability, quote activities are automatically assigned to Quandri every morning once the download is complete.

Activity Assigned to Quandri
Once Quandri's Requoting capability starts each morning, it works through the activities it is assigned.
There are two options for the activities assignment
- Automated activity assignment - this is used when you want all policies that download to be reviewed and checked for whether specific criteria are met to trigger a requote to occur.

Manual activity assignment - this is used when you want all activities to be quoted, which is common when you have a customer call in, and you want a requote completed.
Data Entry in Rater
Once it is determined that a requote is required on a policy, Quandri begins by extracting data from Epic for the assigned activities. Quandri will then automatically send the data to a rater to confirm which carriers are willing to quote on the policy and which will decline.
Quote Finalization
If the rater returns competitive rates, Quandri will then finalize the quote in the carrier portal.
Display Requote Results
Once Quandri has finalized the quotes, there are two outputs of the product:
- Quotes are presented within the Quandri platform with a premium comparison and coverage comparison

2. Quote summary of the top 3 competitive quotes is also presented within the Epic Activity Note
