The data is extracted from Epic. Quandri's Intelligence Engine then runs and analyzes the data, summarizing it into a report within the note of the downloading activity.
At this time, Quandri requotes home and auto policies. These are the most common policy types & are often the driving factor when deciding to remarket an account.
Unsupported policy types include: Condo, Tenants, Dwelling Fire, Inland Marine, Umbrella, and Marine policies.
Quandri automatically requotes both lines of business — whether packaged or not — even if they renew at different times or are with different carriers. This helps capture multi-policy discounts and better pricing opportunities.
Quotes are only as good as the data provided to them. We pull data directly from your AMS to reduce errors and ensure consistent inputs. For most carriers, final quotes are validated in the carrier portal, so you will have verified quotes in the portal upon completion.
We only grab data from Epic. For items not present, we apply common defaults that can be verified in the carrier portal prior to binding. Examples include:
