            Two major situations may occur with your bot that require troubleshooting:

            1. Quandri is did not run
            2. Quandriran with a low success rate or errors
               

            Quandri did not run:

            If Quandrit did not run, you can review two areas and diagnose your issue with the questions listed below:

            Status in the Quandri Platform

            • Is the capability currently running? 
              If so, wait for the capabilty to finish its run or reach out to support if it has not processed an item in some time and you notice a delay.
               
            • Is the schedule of the capability turned on? 
              If not, that might have caused the capability to not start as intended. If it was scheduled and the capabilty did not run, reach out to support.
               
            • Are there any error messages? 
              If yes, see if you have already received an email or reach out to Support.
               

            Your inbox

            • Did you receive an email from Quandri stating your capability experienced an error? 
              If so, we are on it. If you do not see an email, please reach out to Support.
               

            Quandri ran with a low success rate or with errors:

            If your capability ran with a low success rate or errors, you can review two areas and diagnose your issue with the questions listed below:


            The error messages within your reports

            • Do the error messages in the reports align with what occurred? 
              If they are inaccurate, please share it with us.
               
            • Were there a lot of skipped or failed items? 
              If this was done in error, please reach out to Support.
               

            The configuration within the Quandri Platform

            • Have any changes been made to the settings? 
              If yes, let us know if you need assistance making further changes. If not, review past reports to see if these items were processed in the past and there is a new change. If there is a change, share this with Support.
