Quandri Knowledge Hub
November 2025 Updates
This month, we’ve focused on small changes that make a big difference for insurance agencies. We’ve added a new Priority column to help you quickly see which policies need attention, improved navigation in Connect so it’s easier to find what you need, and made a few adjustments behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. Every update is aimed at helping your team work more efficiently, with less effort.
New features 🚀
New Priority column for better focus
Quandri now displays policies with additional activities as High Priority in the new Priority column. When additional activities are triggered during a renewal — like when a premium increase threshold is met — Quandri automatically creates the additional activity in Epic and marks the policy as High Priority in Quandri. Policies without an additional activity will display as Low Priority.
The Priority column allows for:
- Improved visibility: Quickly identify policies requiring follow-up or immediate action.
- Time savings: Eliminate the need to cross-check Epic for additional activities.
-
Streamlined workflows: Keep your team focused on high-impact tasks directly within Quandri.

Note
This feature is only available with Connect and Requoting.
Enhancements 🌟
CONNECT
Connect configurations have a new home
Connect configurations have been relocated to sit under the Configurations section, alongside Policy Checking and Requoting.

Easier navigation: Grouped by home or vehicle
Connect now makes it easier to review policies by grouping everything on the left side by vehicle or home. Instead of seeing a long list with repeated addresses or vehicles, you’ll spot clear headers with details for each home or vehicle — making it much simpler to find what you’re looking for. This new organization matches the way you already review reports and keeps the navigation panel tidy, especially for policies with multiple cars or homes.
