Emails may be sent to you from Quandri in order to help alert you of potential issues your capability may come across.
At times while the bot is running, it may come across situations such as unexpected pop ups, attempting to process documents it does not have access to, or issues within Epic that cause delays. Situations such as this might result in the bot failing to complete its run.
In these instances, we will automatically send an email to let you know if this occurs. Should you have any concerns about your bot running, whether you received this email or not, please reach out to support@quandri.io for more information.
When this email is sent, an alert is also sent to our technical team to investigate the situation. Once the issue is resolved, or if we need any additional information or changes on your end, we will reach out to you.
