In your Platform Settings, there are four different areas to configure.

Account Details

On the Account Details page, you have the ability to change your first and last name, email address, phone number, company name, or role in your organization.

The Customization section is where you can name your bot. You can pick whatever name you’d like, such as:

In the appearance section you can adjust the theme of the platform, our options are Light, Dark or System. System will take which ever theme you have set on your system and adjust to Light or Dark depending on
