Set up automatic BCC on outgoing emails

            Copied!

Quandri now allows you to configure an automatic BCC address for all outgoing emails. Once set up, every email you send will automatically be copied to your chosen address — no manual action needed.

            Why use automatic BCC?

Adding an automatic BCC address makes it easy to maintain a personal record of every client email you send. Here's what it means for your workflow:

            • Keep a personal copy: Every client email lands in your chosen inbox automatically — no need to remember to BCC yourself.
            • File emails easily: Drag and drop received emails directly into tools like your AMS or other systems of record.
            • Stay organized: Route outgoing emails to a specific email inbox

How to set up your automatic BCC

Each user can configure their own BCC address independently within their personal settings.

            1. Open Settings
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Settings.

            2. Go to Email Settings
In the top menu bar, select the Email Settings tab. You'll find the BCC configuration alongside your existing email signature settings.

            3. Enter your BCC address
Type in the email address you want to automatically BCC on all outgoing emails. This can be your own email, a shared inbox, or any other address.

            4. Save your changes
Click Save to activate the BCC. It will apply to all emails sent from that point forward.

            How it works

Once saved, Quandri will automatically BCC the specified address on every email sent — no additional steps required on your end.

            • Automatic: The BCC is added behind the scenes. Your clients will not see the BCC address in their email.

            • Per-user control: Each account manager can set their own BCC address within their individual settings, so different team members can route emails to different inboxes.

            Frequently asked questions

Does this eliminate the need for SDK in Applied Epic?

Automatic BCC is a less robust alternative to SDK integration, but it can serve as a workable solution for agencies that do not want or need full SDK access. Emails BCC'd to your inbox can be filed manually into Epic or other systems of record.

Can each account manager set their own BCC email?

Yes. Each user can configure their own BCC address within their personal settings. Agencies can choose to have everyone route to the same shared address, or allow individuals to use their own — whatever fits your team's workflow best.
