            Activities

            Copied!

To learn how to automatically assign download activities for standardizded naming and organizing, please visit eDoc Management Testing.

Once documents have been processed, Quandri will either reassign or close the activity.

            Activities Reassigned

            Default Assignee

The Default Assignee is whom most of your activities will be assigned to. Any unspecified activities will be reassigned to this person. This means you don’t have to input each one of your activity codes, only the ones that should not be assigned to the Default Assignee.

To change the Default Assignee, click "Edit Default Assignee" at the bottom of the Activities Reassigned tab on the Activities page.

            Assignee Options

If you would like your Quandri to reassign specific activity codes to certain assignees, navigate to the Activities Reassigned tab on the Activities page. You can then specify which activity codes should be assigned to which user. To edit or remove activity code assignments, select either the pencil or trash can icon.

Assignees can be any of the following:

            • User Code
            • User Title
            • Servicing contact on the account or policy

            Activities Closed

If you would like the eDoc Management capability to close any activities once the document has been managed, select the Activities Closed tab on the Activities page. Select "Add Activities to Close". You will then be prompted to input which activity codes should be closed.

To remove any closed activities, select the trash can icon beside the relevant activity code.

            Additional Functionality

            Exceptions Assignment

Exceptions occur when Quandri can not process a work item. For example, if the document could not be renamed, the activity will need to go to your team for manual processing. Exception rates are typically 5 -10%.

To change who exceptions should be assigned to, select the gear icon and select "Exceptions Assignment". You will then be prompted to indicate who exceptions should be assigned to.

Assignees can be any of the following:

            • User Code
            • Servicing contact on the account or policy

            Rename Activities

The eDoc Management capability has the ability to rename activities with the same description it used to rename the document with. This is an on/off switch in the Activities page within the eDoc Management section.
