            The product will integrate into your existing workflow for renewal reviews within your Applied Epic BMS.

             

            1. Workflow Initiation

            The workflow is initiated by renewal activities being assigned the Quandri user code within your broker management system. Quandri recommends having automated assignment upon the download of your renewal eDoc activity into your broker management system. This assignment can also be a completed from another Quandri product or be completed manually within your BMS if desired. 
             

            2. Automated renewal reviews begin

            With a standard Quandri configuration, the renewal reviews product will begin via a scheduled start configured within the Quandri platform. We recommend setting this to 30 mins to 2 hours after your eDoc download, depending on the size of your download. The product can also be initiated via manually starting the product from within the Quandri platform. 
             

            3. Review summarized in activity note and the activity is reassigned or closed

            The renewal reviews product will review each activity and enter the output of it's analysis within the activity notes in your BMS. After completing the review, the product will reassign or close the renewal activity as per the platform configuration (see Setting Up Your Workflow).
             

            4. Additional activity triggered

            If configured, the product will also create an additional activity if a trigger condition is met (see Configuring Additional Activities). This allows brokers to automatically triage their workload, focusing on reviewing high-priority accounts first. 
             

            5. Process continuation

            The renewal reviews will continue this process for all activities that are assigned to the Quandri user code, for which the Activity code is configured within the platform. If the activity code is not configured, the bot will not review the activity. 
             

            6. Daily processing email 

            Once all activities are reviewed, a daily processing email will be emailed to the recipients that are set within the Quandri platform. This will a list of include all the policies that were reviewed and which were not reviewed (see Daily Reports).
