February 2026 Updates
Accuracy and transparency. That's what this month's update is built around, from clearer error handling in Requoting to smarter coverage flagging in our renewal intelligence. We've updated our renewal intelligence so that coverages not offered by specific carriers for specific policy types are no longer marked as missing.
Enhancements 🌟
More clarity for Requoting technical issues
Technical errors during quote processing now come with clear direction. Brokers get an automatic activity note explaining what happened and what action is needed, so nothing gets stuck or missed.
- Activity notes now display technical error messaging with clear guidance
- Brokers gain immediate visibility into processing status and required actions
- Success and exception notes continue to function as before

Fixes 🔧
We've updated our renewal intelligence to reflect carrier-specific coverage availability. If coverage isn't offered for a specific carrier or policy type, it won't be flagged as missing. The chart below outlines all the updates made:
- Aviva property policy reports no longer display internal coverage code HYP2, as it doesn't map to a real, cross-referenceable coverage. This keeps reports clean and focused on meaningful coverage changes.
- Third Party Liability on Gore Mutual trailers is now correctly recognized and will no longer be flagged as missing.
