            Carrier Configuration and Mapping

            Copied!

Customers can control and make updates to their carrier mapping in real-time. Agencies all have unique issuing company (ICO) and premium payable (PPE) codes to identify their carriers. To handle this, Quandri has created a system for mapping carrier lookup codes (Both ICO and PPE) to the right carriers, so that we can identify the carriers associated with each policy.

To edit a Carrier Code, please watch the video tutorial and follow the instructions below.

            Adding a carrier code

            1. On the left-hand navigation, select ‘Carriers’
            2. Use the search bar to find the Carrier Code you want to add
            3. Select the pencil icon to edit
            4. Add your company lookup codes to map them to our supported carriers
            5. Remove or modify default codes we've included that do not apply to you.
              1. There is usually no harm in leaving them there. In some rare cases, one of our default code mappings might conflict with your codes. In Quandri Carriers, a code can only be used for one carrier at a time. If this happens, simply remove the code from where we defaulted it, and add it to the correct carrier for you. The most common occurrence here is NATGEN1 being used for Nationwide for some agencies, and National General for others.
            6. Select Save and the changes will apply to the next run
