1. Epic Configuration
Access Quandri to start the process
Quandri can be accessed at: https://app.goquandri.io/.
You should have access already. If you need to reset your password or require support to login, please contact your Implementation Manager or our Support Team.
Integrating Quandri with Epic
- Please enter your integration information on the Integrations section located in the left navigation. The three values that are needed are:
- Epic SDK Proxy URL
- SDK Authentication Key
- Database Name
- Select “Add” and it will take a short time (10-40 seconds) to validate if the information is correct. If it is successful you will receive a success message stating it is active. If it is not successful you will receive and error message.
- If you receive an error message, you may have typed in the SDK information incorrectly or included a space at the end of the fields. Try again, and if not successful you will need to double-check the information with Epic.
- The integration on the page will say “Active”. This means it is successful and emails will attach to Epic as desired.
- If you receive an error message, you may have typed in the SDK information incorrectly or included a space at the end of the fields. Try again, and if not successful you will need to double-check the information with Epic.
2. DNS Configuration
We will confirm the domain from which you want to send emails. Once confirmed, your Implementation Manager will send you a set of DNS information that has to be applied in order to send on your behalf. An example of what will be provided is below.
If you want to send from a sub domain, we can also support that.

3. Servicing Role Configuration
Within Quandri, we use the Servicing Role at the policy level to identify the agent or broker. When configuring this within Connect, the Servicing Role value must be entered exactly as it appears in your EPIC instance. Please note that this field is case-sensitive; therefore, the role title must match character-for-character. Quandri will use this role to automatically pull the associated agent’s name and email address.
Navigate to Connect > BMS. By completing this field it will fill in the reply to email address, send as address and place the name and email of the individuals into the variables available for use in the email.

4. Email Configuration
- To configure the email set up you can get there by going to Connect > Email.
- The following areas can be customized for the email:

- Closing
- Signature
- Additionally, you can configure the subject line. Variables are also accepted here.
- Within these sections, you can also add additional formatting such as bold, underlining, text colours, hyperlinks, images etc.
- Once customize your email template by hitting “Save” on the bottom right, you will be able to see a preview of your email to ensure it looks as you expected.

Sample Email Output:
Hi Lauren,
I’m reaching out regarding your SAFECO home policy renewal effective December 3, 2024.
Your renewal premium is $2,926.40, an increase of 31% from last year. Currently, premiums are increasing across carriers so it’s important to focus on ensuring that with increasing costs, you maintain the best coverage for your needs as well as pricing that fits your budget.
I have completed a thorough review of your renewal and highlighted important insights below. I recommend that you review them carefully to ensure that your limits and coverages are adequate for your needs.
•Water & Other Coverages – Your policy includes Guaranteed Replacement Cost (GRC), single limit of insurance and sewer back up coverage.
•Personal liability limit – Your personal liability limit remains at $300,000.
•Jewelry is covered
•Dwelling Building Limit – Your dwelling limit is $447,500
•Short term vacancy - Coverage for a short term vacancy is currently on your policy, please remember to provide us any updates regarding timelines and changes to the occupancy of the location, this is a short term coverage and is not meant for extended vacancies and we want to ensure you have adequate and appropriate coverage for this location.
Currently, your policy does not include service line coverage and identity fraud coverage. I’d be happy to provide more information if you’d like to explore these options.
Some insurance companies offer multi-policy discounts when you place more than one type of coverage with them. One way to potentially reduce your premium would be to look at placing your automobile policy to SAFECO. I would love to take some time to explore this option further with you.
Please let me know when would be a good time to connect to discuss these options, or to review your policy details to ensure your protection is as complete as possible. If you have any questions or would like to make changes, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Sincerely,
Jane Wilkonson,
Personal Lines Account Manager
