Send multiple policies in one email

            Copied!

When a client has multiple policies renewing on the same day, Quandri lets you view and manage all of them from a single screen — and send one combined renewal email covering every policy at once.

            Switching between policies

When you open a renewal for a client who has other policies renewing on the same day, you’ll see policy tabs at the top of the screen. Each tab represents a separate policy and displays the policy number and effective date, so you can quickly identify what you’re viewing. The AI analysis panel on the left updates automatically when you switch tabs.

How to select which policies to include

Below the email, you’ll see source selector buttons for each policy. Use these to control which policies are included in the combined email. Select or deselect any policy, and the email will automatically regenerate based on your selection.

            Sending options

You have full flexibility over how you send:

            • Send for all policies — include every renewing policy in one combined email

            • Send for one policy — deselect the others to only send an email for one policy

            • Skip — skip the email entirely if it’s not needed

            Pro Tip

Even if you’ve already spoken with a client in person, sending a combined follow-up email is still a good idea — it keeps everything documented for you and your team.
