Quandri Knowledge Hub
October 2026 Updates
Your policy list, ordered your way. Your team access, more secure. Your remarketing results, with fewer question marks. This month, we’re making it easier to organize your work, understand why policies weren’t remarketed, and automatically log sent emails in AMS360 and HawkSoft.
Enterprise agencies can now manage Quandri access with SSO and SCIM
Enterprise agencies can now use SSO for more secure employee access and SCIM to automate user provisioning and deprovisioning, reducing IT overhead and simplifying user management across large organizations.

Organize your columns to match how you work
Use the new Columns button to reorder your columns, such as moving the client’s name to the first position. Quandri saves your preferences to your account, so you only need to set your layout once.
Filter by policy type
Select one or more policy types, such as Auto, Home, or Habitational, to focus on a specific part of your book. Policies with no type on file appear under Unspecified. Combine this filter with your other filters and saved views to narrow your list further, such as viewing Home policies assigned to a specific user.

Sent emails log to AMS360 and HawkSoft automatically
Every email sent from Quandri can now be automatically attached to the policy record in AMS360 or HawkSoft as a PDF to your client file.

See why policies weren’t remarketed
The dashboard now clearly shows policies that were intentionally not processed separately from true technical errors, with a new ‘Policies Not Eligible’ count displayed in the performance metrics.
These policies are marked with an ‘Exception’ status and you can click into the policy to review the exception reason.
