Single Sign On (SSO) is a tool available within Microsoft that allows for a convenient and secure way to log into Epic. When moving to any new form of login, the Quandri team needs to be given advance notice of these changes so we can ensure that your bot continues to run without disruption. Without advance notice provided, your bot will not be able to run until the new sign-in structure has been enabled.
In order for your Quandri Bot to use SSO, we will require a Microsoft email account with your company’s credentials. When the account is created, you can send the email address and temporary password to support@quandri.io. This can be sent by encrypted email if required, our team will reset the password upon the first login.
Our team will manually test the login to confirm that we can access Epic and update the bot’s configuration to enable single sign on login capability.
