Outreach Insights: See How Your Renewal Outreach Is Going
Overview
Outreach Insights shows what happened to every renewal policy Quandri processed for your team: who acted on it, whether an email went out, and whether that email reached the client. Use it to see how your team is using Quandri and to catch emails that never made it to the client.
Outreach Insights is available to admins on teams using Connect.
How to open Outreach Insights
1. Log in to Quandri.
2. Click Insights in the left menu.
3. Click the Outreach tab at the top of the page.

What you are looking at
The page has four sections, top to bottom.
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Metrics | Headline numbers for the period: policies processed, active users, send rate, completion rate, delivery rate, undelivered emails, open rate, and time to complete |
| Performance table | One row per team member, so you can see each person’s activity side by side |
| Activity Status chart | Weekly bars showing what was still to review, what was completed, and what was emailed |
| Activity table | Every policy in the period, with the action taken and what happened to the email |
Hover the info icon on any metric to see what it means.

How to set the date range
Everything on the page follows the processed date: the day Quandri processed the policy, not the policy’s effective date.
1. Click the date range at the top of the page.
2. Choose a preset, or pick your own start and end dates.
3. Click Apply.
Every metric, bar, and row updates together.

How to filter to your own team or a single person
· Assigned to my team is turned on by default. It limits the page to policies whose servicing agent in your broker management system is an active Quandri user on your team. Turn it off to see numbers for the whole brokerage.
· Use the Users filter to focus on one person.

How to find emails that did not reach the client
1. Scroll to the Activity table at the bottom of the page.
2. Open the Delivery Status filter and select Undelivered.
3. Read the Undelivered Reason column to see why each one failed. Common reasons include the address not existing, the inbox being full, or the recipient’s provider blocking the message.
4. Click a row to open that policy in Connect.
5. Correct the client’s email address in your BMS, then send the email again from Connect.
Quandri does not resend these automatically. Fixing the address and resending stays with your team.

How to check on your team
1. Look at the Performance table.
2. Read across a person’s row: what they completed, what is still to review, how many emails they sent, and how long they took.
3. Check the Renews Soon and Overdue columns. Overdue means the policy’s effective date has passed with no outreach completed.
4. Click any column heading to sort by it.

How to export
1. Click the export button on the Performance or Activity table.
2. The file downloads as a CSV with your date range and filters already applied.
Each table exports on its own, so export both if you want the full picture.

Good to know
· Email delivery tracking started on July 7, 2026. Emails sent before that have no delivery result, and they are left out of the delivery rate rather than counted as failures.
· Open rate needs open tracking turned on for your sending domain. Where it is off, the metric shows n/a.
· Completed means the outreach was handled, not that the client renewed. The reason records how: no contact needed, already in communication, called, texted, or mailed.
Best practice
Check Undelivered once a week and clear the list. An undelivered renewal email is a client who was never contacted, and the sooner the address is fixed, the sooner they hear from you.
