How to Use the Requoting Dashboard
The Policy Requoting tab on the dashboard gives you a complete view of what Quandri has processed, what was quoted, and which carriers declined — all inside the platform. You can find this on the main dashboard screen, under the Policy Requoting tab at the top.

Understanding the Policy Requoting Tab
The Policy Requoting tab defaults to the last 30 days and displays six aggregate tiles at the top:
- Policies Processed — total policies Quandri ran through the requoting workflow
- Processing Rate — the percentage of eligible policies that were processed
- Time Saved — estimated time saved through automated requoting
- Policies Quoted — number of policies that received at least one carrier quote
- Quote Rate — percentage of processed policies that received a quote
- Dollars Saved — estimated premium savings identified
Below the tiles, you’ll see trend charts for Daily Quotes, Processing Rate, and Quote Rate, alongside a Top Decline Reasons chart showing why quotes are not landing.
To adjust the date range, use the selector in the top left of the page.
How to View Carrier Performance
Below the summary tiles, the carrier section shows two charts side by side:
- Quote Rate by Carrier — how often each carrier returns a quote
- Average Premium by Carrier — average quoted premium per carrier, with a market average reference line

Use these charts to spot carriers who return competitive quotes, carriers declining heavily, and to see where premiums are landing relative to the market.
How to Review Individual Policy Results
At the bottom of the page, a per-policy table lists every policy Quandri quoted in the selected date range. Each row includes:
- Policy number
- Policy type
- Current carrier
- Current premium
- Date quoted
- Quote rate
- Status
To see the full breakdown for a specific policy:
- Click any row in the table to open the policy detail modal.
- On the quoted side, review each carrier that returned a quote and the quoted premium amount.
- On the declined side, review each carrier that did not quote, along with the decline reason or error message.

Note on decline messages:
Decline messages are displayed in their raw format as returned directly by the carrier through the rating system.

How to Export the Policy Table
- Navigate to the Policy Requoting tab on the dashboard.
- Click the Export button in the top right of the policy table.
- The full table downloads to Excel, including Carriers Quoted and Carriers Declined as columns.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who can access the Requoting dashboard?
Access is limited to admins only.
Can I see the decline reasons at the carrier level?
Yes. Click any row in the policy table to open the detail modal. Each declined carrier shows its reason or error message inline. The exported file includes Carriers Quoted and Carriers Declined as columns.
