How does Renewal Reviews handle combined policies?

            Updated September 4th, 2025 · 1 min read

Policies are only combined into one activity note when certain criteria match. Combined policies will be added to a single note when the following match:

            Effective date
            Expiry date
            Carrier
Policy number ((either an exact match, or the same base policy number e.g. 421781795H for Home, 421781795A for Auto)

This means you’ll see combined policies, like Intact Home & Auto or Northbridge combined policies, added to a single note.
