March 2026 Updates
Another month, another set of updates built to make your team's life easier. This one brings combined renewal emails for multi-policy clients, source data transparency, and a permanent BCC setting for renewal emails. Here's what's new.
Send all renewals in a single email
Managing multiple policies for the same client just got simpler. When renewals land on the same day, Quandri now pulls them all into a single screen so your brokers can review everything and send a single, clean, consolidated renewal email covering every policy. Less back-and-forth, more time saved.

See every data point Quandri pulled
Ever wonder exactly what information Quandri is pulling from your BMS? Now you can see it for yourself. A new Source Data tab appears on every renewing policy, showing the current and renewal-term extraction results for coverages, contacts, vehicles, drivers, discounts, and claims. It's full transparency into how Quandri works, right where you need it.
One thing to note: if you want to include any source data in your renewal emails, that will need to be added manually for now.

Simplified filters, less clutter
Less clutter, same control. All filters for renewing policies are now grouped into a single dropdown, giving your team a cleaner, more streamlined view without removing anything. It's a small change that makes the day-to-day a little smoother.
Keep track of emails with automatic BCC
A new permanent BCC setting in your Quandri email configuration means every renewal email you send automatically copies your chosen address. No manual entry, no missed copies. It's a simple way to keep your records clean and your team aligned.
