Editing and Adding Carrier configuration

Customers can control and make updates to their carrier mapping in real-time. This becomes valuable when your brokerage has a unique Carrier Code that needs an update due to a change from the Carrier or potentially internal updates.
To edit a Carrier Code, please watch the video tutorial and follow the instructions below.
Editing or adding a carrier code
- On the left-hand navigation, select ‘Carriers’
- Use the search bar to find the Carrier Code you want to edit
- Select the pencil icon to edit
- Add customer-specific codes to map them to our supported carriers
- Remove or modify default codes we've included that do not apply to you
- Select Save. The changes will instantly apply to the next run
Note
Users are not able to add new Carriers.
