View source data on a policy
Users can now see the data Quandri extracted — directly inside the policy view. No more switching back to your BMS to verify what was pulled. See it, verify it, and use it to inform your renewal communications.
What is Source Data?
A new Source Data tab now appears on every policy, showing the extraction results for both the Current Term and Renewal Term. This includes scannable information for:
- Coverages
- Contacts
- Vehicles
- Drivers
- Discounts
- Claims
Note
Source data is only available on policies Quandri processed after February 2026. For older policies, you'll see "No Source Data Available.
How to View Source Data
- Open any policy in Quandri.
- Select the Source Data tab alongside the existing report view.
- Review the extracted fields, organized by Current Term and Renewal Term.
Using Source Data in Your Emails
The Source Data tab is view-only — extracted data is not automatically included in your generated email. If you'd like to reference specific details in your email, you can manually add them in.
Will I see source data on older policies?
Source data is only available on policies Quandri processed after February 2026. Policies older than that will show "No Source Data Available.
Can I edit the source data?
The Source Data tab is view-only. It shows exactly what Quandri extracted, unmodified.
Is this available for all carriers?
Yes — source data is shown for any policy where Quandri performed extraction, regardless of carrier
